The final Guidance on Religion, Values and Ethics (the replacement for Religious Education in Wales) has now been published.
Two new documents have been published. A seven thousand word long document on ‘Religion, Values and Ethics’ has been published at the foot of the webpage on designing the humanities curriculum. And a further 3,750 words on RVE was also added to the ‘Curriculum for Wales- Summary of Legislation’ webpage.
In a guest post for Law and Religion UK, I discuss the Guidance and argue that the final Guidance is a significant improvement on the first draft but that confusions remain. I revisit the seven concerns I had about the draft guidance and whether these have now been resolved.
