New Chapter: ‘Eweida v UK: Cross Words and the Reformulation of Religious Freedom’

I am delighted to have contributed a chapter on ‘Eweida v UK: Cross Words and the Reformulation of Religious Freedom’ to the new collection ‘Law and Religion in the Commonwealth’ edited by Renae Barker, Paul Babie and Neil Foster and published by Hart Publishing.

I think it’s the first time I’ve written about the Article 9 jurisprudence since my 2014 book so this gave me an excellent opportunity for a rethink.

The other chapters look excellent – this is a must read collection for scholars of Law and Religion.
